So i wanted to burn an audio cd....so i did the usual...put in the blank...open roxio...and select the songs and clicked burn....everything went fine ..as in it said that the burn process was completed successfully...however when i put the cd back in it read it as a blank.....i thought maybe it was a bad blank so i tried it again but the same thing happened...i even tried it over using media player to burn it but no success...is it my burner or what?? advice please!!!

Tried another software ? (Try burning through WMP)
Another brand of recordable discs ?

Also check if the burner is in DMA mode or not. (In Device Manager)
