For $90, there's no question you should buy that drive. Crucial is offering the best price/performance/reliability ratio out there at the moment.

Ya that's a pretty good price. Crucial, Intel and Samsung are by far the only reliable choices for SSDs these days.

64GB is a bit tight on space(and possibly slower too), there was a 128GB yesterday(?) selling for 179.

It is still a good deal. If you go for it, may consider turn on compression on selective directories to squeeze something out.

The Kingston V+100 128 GBs go for about $125 when on sale (pretty often) if you want storage.

I'd get the m4 myself though.

Sandforce, I'd stay away from the Kingston.

+1 to M4, it's a great drive. If you are only doing Windows plus a few apps, 64GB is fine.

You don't know what you're talking about at all.

Kingston V+100 uses the Toshiba controller.

Only the Kingston HyperX uses Sandforce.

My bad I was thinking of a different Kingston drive. No need to get rude.

I've had one of the Kingston drives for over a year now, good basic drive - not as fast as my Intel one, but still beats a spinner any day.
With SSDs as in most everything - you get what you pay for...

My vote goes to the M4, i got a 64GB in my desktop and it's been treating me well. Probably going to switch to a 128GB soon though and slap the 64GB in my G73.
