need to compile a list of preferably sub-13 broadwell-based notebooks that have anti-glare "matte" display.
the only ones I know of are new Dell, Lenovo, and maybe HP Business class notebooks with old 1366x768 displays.
is that all that's on the market?

do any of the Yoga's, for instance, have matte displays? [i'm typing this on a yoga 2, VERY high gloss 11.6]

Anything with a touch display is going to serve up glare due to the glass used for the touch surface. If you want a sub 13" notebook with a matte display, the ThinkPad X250 would make an excellent choice. It offers a 1080p matte IPS LCD if that floats your boat.

Dell XPS 13 (2015 edition, or model 9343). Get the 1080p version (13.3" 1920x1080 matte display). It runs a broadwell Core i5-5200U CPU.

That laptop is simply the best implementation of the Ultrabook concept I've ever seen. It's fantastic.
