    Battery to fit in optical drive bay?

    I was wondering if there were any notebook batteries you could buy that would fit in/replace your optical drive.

    Unless the laptop were designed to accept power from an optical drive bay battery (like the old Dell latitudes) it will not work.

    Only very few laptop let you to do that.And actually,that is not much useful.Just buy a second battery if your battery does not power the laptop enough.

    only thinkpads can do that and only some of them with ultrabays..
