It is depends what you are doing. On my notebook, when I am doing wireless internet, that is normal.

I have noticed that my Fujitsu does that as well, even after a several hour charge. I'm not to worried about it.

Yes, that is totally normal. Most notebooks will do that, however, some more than others. It is because the chemical reaction in the battery is neverending, as some energy is lost as heat. The heat produced is so small, and is released so slowly that you would never be able to detect it, using your hand.

Do you have a battery calibration procedure? You might try this but there could be a problem.

    or

Charge battery to 100%. Pull battery and let sit for 2 or three days, just run on AC. Now check your "on battery" meter or re-install in notebook. What do you see now?

He said his battery dropped from 100% to about 90% in 15hours, not 0% :)
Yes, Li Ion battery will discharge itself even though it isn't being used.
Have you checked your battery's wear level using for example software Notebook Hardware Control(NHC)?

I'm not using it either. I unplug and put away my notebook daily. Sometimes it will discharge and sometimes it won't. As others have stated this is a normal process of the battery and as such I'm not concerned about.
