Is the Asus U56e LVDS screen cable (part number: 1422-0111000) compatible with 1920x1080 resolution? And if it isn't, which display cable will allow me use a 1080p screen on my laptop? Could I use a display cable from a laptop that is known to support 1080p resolution as long as the pin count is the same?
