    I have a Toshiba s4777 with an Intel integrated video card.
    I need to know if i can upgrade my GPU to a non integrated chip (8600 GT) for example

    No. Its very, very, very, very, very, extremely unlikely/impossible to do. I do not believe its ever been done before.
