I recently got a 5.1 Speaker System, however, my laptop only has one audio port and I have three cables that I'm supposed to connect to the laptop. What are my options or am I just forced to get a new laptop? My laptop specs are in my signature below.

You need an external sound card with 5.1.
They come in many interfaces for laptops, probably only 3/4 you'd consider: USB, expresscard, and cardbus/PCMCIA.There isn't a lot of reason to go firewire which is 4th.

Good luck! Theres a lot out there to choose from.
