    Acer travelmate 4500 merge partitions

    does any one know how I can merge the two partitions on a Acer travelmate 4500 without loosing any data?

    FILE > SNAP-ON
    ADD > DISKMANAGER > OK

    You should find what you need there. There are 2 reasons I know that notebooks are divided into 2 partitions.

    One, if one partition fails the other will be fine.
    Two, the page file on another partition is said to be better for performance (According to MSCE2000!)
