Okay I have a 160GB drive and it keeps getting full and I keep having to dump it to my 500GB USB Drive so I'm looking for a 2.5" Internal hard drive with at least 500GB and I've seen 640GB and I'm looking for the biggest I can get and be fast at the same time, I live in the US. Thanks :D

And I'm also looking for an external usb harddrive case for my 160gb harddrive I have now.

Any 2.5" drive should do. Just make sure it's one of the cooler running drives, so it doesn't make the rest of your parts heat up.

Also, take out the current drive and see if it has the correct connector. Chances are it will, but just do it to make sure.

Any 9.5mm sata hdd will fit acer aspire one. It requires no special adapter. Though, upgrading the hdd will require you to take apart the whole laptop, and take out the motherboard from the case.

Some in depth user reviews will tell you. And a lot of professional reviews should state what temperatures they have had.
