Well, Ive decided to buy a Sager NP150.

    I want this configuration:

    i7-2670QM
    AMD 6990M
    8gb ram

The other componets im with a little doubt.

    I want 8+ RAM, to upgrade 8RAM 1333MHZ to 1600MHZ, the price is +40$.

To switch from Glare to Matte is +30$

I want to buy a USB blu-ray reader and let the normal dvd burner. The usb reader can be used also in normal televisions?

About wireless newtwork, its built-in 802.11 Wireless B/G/N - Stock Wireless Card + Bluetooth. To upgrade to:
    -1. Intel® Advanced-N 6230 - 802.11A/B/G/N Wireless LAN Module + Bluetooth (+25$)
    -2. Intel® Ultimate-N 6300 - 802.11A/B/G/N Wireless LAN Module (+35$)
    -3.Bigfoot Networks Killer™ Wireless-N 1103 (3x3) (+60$)

What do you think about that?

I was actually just about to create a new thread on external blu-ray reader/writers (either external or internal+enclosure). What are the best options available today?

Switching the RAM from 1333 to 1600 is not worth it.
MhZ (or speed) in RAM won't make any difference for you performance-wise (unless you run RAM intensive programs... but even then, the difference would be within 2% or 5%, no more - so bottom line is, it's NOT worth it).
For RAM, what mostly matters is the amount you have in the system (which increases your multitasking options and is usable for programs that utilize large amounts of memory).
I'd rather use those extra $40 to upgrade to higher amount of RAM by yourself.
I see the 8GB would arrive as (2x4GB)... in that case, use the $40 to buy another 2x4GB 1333Mhz on your own (NewEgg comes to mind) and upgrade to 16GB.

Switching from Glare to Matte is your own choice - there would be less glare visible on the Matte screen in very lit areas (such as the outdoors, etc.) and you would be able to see the screen content easier in broad sunlight - but newer Glare screens also have a pretty good filtering ability - so, while the differences between Glare and Matt screens is there, it really depends on whether you think you'd need it.

If you get an external USB blu-ray reader, it MIGHT be possible to use it on standard TV's, but you'd either need a TV with a USB port that supports such readers, or you could get a TV media box of some kind that features USB ports and would allow you to plug the blu-ray drive into it and relay the data to the TV itself.

As for Wifi cards... if I was in your position, I'd pick either one because there will probably no difference in transfer rate apart from reliability/stability/range... though to be honest, most new wifi cards are more or less within each other in all of those aspects, so I wouldn't worry.
However, you might as well pick the 2nd option (Ultimate-N 6300) because it's only $10 more.

Having said all of that, if you decide to stick with 8GB RAM and Glare screen, you might want to see about getting 80 or 120GB SSD drive to be there for the OS, installed programs, games, etc..., while you could use a CADDY option to hold the HDD of your choosing (say, 500 or 750GB) - that WOULD rid you of the DVD drive, but honestly, if you'll get an external USB blu-ray drive, it won't matter either way.

    You're welcome.
As for upgrading the screen - well, unless you are planning to use the laptop outside in the bright hot sunlight, you can probably get away with the Glare type.
The SSD will help you predominantly with boot/load times, etc... which is why 80 to 120GB should be enough for OS/installed programs and games, and use the caddy to have a regular HDD (for storage of data, movies, songs, pics, whatever) in place of the optical drive (which you can have as an external USB one anyway).
