    Why? Do you want to do 'wired trick'? If yes, it would be useless as 1.5Ghz x133 =1.99Ghz, your CPU now 2Ghz.
    I dont think so it can, because your chipset is i915PM..cmiiw and I have no idea whether or not i915 could support old cpu(banias).

    No, I'm not trying to do the wire thing but if I wanted to all I need to do is just flip the switch. Anyways I quess I'll be putting 1.6 then. It's E-Bay time.

    skywalker makes a good point - a Banias CPU, the first-generation Pentium M, won't work in that notebook so make sure you are getting a Dothan (Pentium M 7x5).
