I am starting this thread on the hopes of being able to unlock the BIOS on the AERO 14, mine being the 7700 version. I have managed to edit and save the BIOS using AMIBCP 5.0.1. However, I have tried to use various versions of AFUWIN without success.

I have reference both this thread: http://forum.notebookreview.com/threads/p35x-v3-modified-bios.770221/ and this: http://forum.notebookreview.com/threads/gigabyte-p34g-unlocked-bios.738723/page-2

When trying to use the included version of AFUWIN (v5), I found that it does not support the /gan command (I get an error "secure flash verify fail")

Using an older version that does (v3), the tool tells me in the console that it has flashed successfully, however, when I reboot, the BIOS has not changed at all. Can anyone with experience help?
