This is not a full blown guide but i managed to get my fans on my aorus 15g below 25% and it seems to work great as the annoying whine i had is gone and the fans now hover at 1300 rpm vs the 2000 rpm it was at before. github.com/s-h-a-d-o-w/alfc is the link to the software i used. It allows you to set actual speeds and it somehow makes the fans actually go at the speeds you want. Works great on my 15g xc 3070 laptop. Try it out if your annoyed by your fans!

Also PS still looking for an aorus 15G xc resize bios if one pops up please pm or make a post!

This is the 2nd time I have heard the fans are loud or annoying high pitch. All the reviews say how quiet it is and I run at 30% fan idle because its quiet to me. Hearing varies between people, I have tinnitus so maybe I dont hear it. There are also people who claim they can hear a quality difference between two cables that are the same but branded differently.
