I had to send in my P35K for an RMA. It was successfully delivered by FedEx 3 days ago, but the RMA website says they are still waiting for my laptop. I called them but all they said was to wait until the page is updated.
Has anyone experienced a similar situation? How long did y'all have to wait until the RMA status was updated?
What can I do besides waiting and worrying that I may never see my laptop again? Considering the value of the machine, I was worried that the package may get lost while in transit, but never expected it to get lost after it got into the repair facility The customer service rep said he'll "investigate" but I find it hard to trust customer reps' words..

They are pretty much useless. Its probably going to take them weeks before you hear anything back from them. I won't be dealing with them again.

I checked the RMA status and it said received, I guess they were just behind in updating the information in the system. The rep mentioned they are backed up right now, hopefully the repair won't take too long. Thanks everyone!
