I installed the lenovo precision trackpad drivers as many people suggested but now when I go to press the left mouse button area, that area acts as a trackpad, so it moves the pointer every time I try to press the left mouse button area. Is there a way to disable this behavior, short of going back to the ELAN drivers?
Thanks.

Thanks. that helps some, but it still happens. I'll try to get used to it, but I wish Microsoft would have a settings option to exclude the bottom of the trackpad from cursor movement.
The only thing I'm really loving about it anyway is the ability to control the volume with a 3 finger move. I don't think that was an option in the original elan drivers
