i have a P35K first version, it has windows 8.1. yesterday I was running virtual box and CentOS in it and the laptop hanged I did a reset by holding the power button. After that the power and wifi lights are always on and laptop refused to start. I tried holding the power button for 10 sec then 20 sec nothing happened. I even removed the power cable and tried to discharge it for more than 48hr and still nothing happened. The laptop is as good as dead. Can someone help I
    Me to revive it please?

Thanks for The reply, without laptop it's difficult to use the site from my Ipad as the page gets refreshed every few seconds due to advert changing and I click somewhere randomly while the keyboard vanishes due to page refresh.

Anyways I called gigabyte UK and sent to their service centre as the laptop is still within Warrenty. Will post the updates when I get one from them. I didn't had a chance to see if there is any pinhole to reset, But realised I felt like I lost an arm when there is no laptop and my mind went crazy for few days :)

    I understand this completely.
I had my Sony flip 15 do the same thing and the dude at best buy pressed the power reset button the small pin hole at the bottom and boom it was fixed blew my mind.
