Does anyone have any idea when the P34K v3 with GTX 965m will be available? I've tried Googling around but the only place it appears is on the Gigabyte website and old news articles.

UPDATE: I contacted Gigabyte and was told that the P34K v3 with GTX 965m should be available in about 4 weeks.

I just checked both of their websites and couldn't find it, they only have the P34 W v3.

Seems like there's one or two australian sites stocking this. Dunno when it's going to be available elsewhere - hopefully not too long now.

Performance wise a 965m would be more than good enough for me, and with using less power, producing less heat, the overall machine being cheaper, I'm way more interested in the K version than the W version of this machine.

That is my exact reasoning for my interest in the "K" version of the P34 with GTX 965m. A little cooler and less power usage would hopefully translate into less throttling that occurs in the "W" version and therefore a more portable machine. So far the P34K is the only 14" notebook I've found with the 965m but sadly it doesn't appear to be available in the U.S. yet. I have seen them for sale on those AUS sites like you mention. My only qualm is that it only has 2GB of VRAM so the price would have to reflect that.

    I must admit that it's at a good price ($1349). Had I not bought a P34W I would've snatched the P34K right up but I just couldn't wait.
