Not sure where the new P56 is fitting in, is it a higher end P55? That'd be pretty cool, may compete with the Clevo P650RS a bit better.

The RGB keyboard on the P56 is per key backlighting, the one on the Sabre 15 should not be.

The keyboard present on the Sabre 15 appears to be literally identical to the RGB ones on the Clevo P6XXRX models comparing the image to my own. Which is a good thing imo as the P650RS keyboard is way better than the older P650 and other chic-let gaming laptop keyboards I've used recently.

    Does the P56 have a DVD/Blu-Ray drive?
The RGB keyboard has been styled from Razer with the 16.9 million combination lighting

Well no it's not from Razer Chroma that's trademarked heavily.

I'd bet it's mostly from the Aorus fusion keyboard since Gigabyte owns Aorus.

Not sure about the dvd writer. They are the last people including them on high end machines.

I meant the style Razer Chroma do 16.9 million combinations, and the Gigabyte do 16.8 million and they both are individual key light up.
Hot swappable DVD drives are great in my opinion, as my family still stuck in a past with disks, do you know if they have updated the P35 range i can't find anything on the net

Got a facebook message from Gigabyte, keep an eye out on there product page, i suspect the P56 will be a 15.6 inch with a decent graphics card, may be a 1070 8GB GDDR5 but will have the same features as a P55

The 1070 seems to be confirmed. Also I think the presence of Thunderbolt 3 and the larger 91 Whr battery differentiate it

If thats the case, think i will skip buying an MSI GE62VR 7RF Apache Pro, and get one of the P56, i need to read the press release and see what it says about keyboard backlighting

It sounds like the P56 is getting the same per key RGB backlighting as the Aorus keyboards.

Honestly it checks almost all the buttons I've been looking for

That sounds nice, what are gigabyte warranty terms in regards to customers opening up laptops, never get a straight answer out of them?

I emailed XoticPC and they told me they had an ETA of mid March from the manufacturer for the P56. I'm surprised we still haven't seen any more details specs or pricing, but hopefully soon
