I've bought refurbished laptops off ebay and even they would do a stellar job of replacing way more expensive components that malfunction a few months into the purchase (e.g. SD drive).
Xotic PC, on the other hand, they just referred me to a website in Turkey/Iran to try to reason with.
If you're paying that much money for something, make sure you're getting good service and a warranty they'd abide to.

Interesting because Aorus does confirm that the battery has a 1-year warranty support.

They are obligated by LAW to replace your battery because it's under warranty.
MSI would have just charged shipping and shipped it out......
@Tanner@XoticPC Can you please set things straight? Don't give XPC a bad rep because someone doesn't want to go the extra mile just because of their location...ship them out a new battery....Last edited: Mar 16, 2018cj_miranda23, Support.2@XOTIC PC and rinneh like this. -

Hey @TareX , I asked about this one and was told that one of our higher tier agents took over the case and is helping you out with getting this fixed. Sorry about any issues with this case, and please do PM me if you don't hear back from him.

Nice. thank you @Tanner@XoticPC
@TareX let us know how everything works out. My own laptop is from XPC too, and I did buy a 330W PSU from them as a RMA upgrade purchase, but my warranty is "pretty much" already busted. Tanner knows why already
(of course I'm basically thread jacking if I explain why. But running a 200W TDP GTX 1070 directly through the MXM slot and my laptop going "MOAR, give me MOAR!" and hacking my EC to allow that power.
Anyway just hope you get a good battery and it doesn't die on you.Vasudev likes this.
My $4K Aorus X7's Battery from Xotic PC died after 2 months. Xotic PC & Gigabyte won't replace.
