So I was excited to try on this new laptop sleeve I got for my P55W v6, slided it in, and then boom... after I was done testing, one of the orange stickers that lined the side was peeled off when I took it out. How should I fix this? I don't think this is covered by warranty? Some of the solutions I thought of was to peel it off completely, and get a custom printed sticker, or painting over the area it was lined on. What do you guys think? I already emailed gigabyte support regarding this issue. I asked them if they can provide an img of the sticker so I can get it printed myself. Still waiting for their response.

If there's still some adhesive on there, you might try heating it up a little with a hairdryer and smoothing it back down. Everyone knows heat works for removal, but what it's doing to make removal easier is just softening the sticky part, and depending on what they used to stick it down, that can frequently make it sticky again. After that I recommend changing sleeves so it doesn't happen again.

Unfortunately, there are stress marks along the strip. I ended cutting the portion of the strip that were messed up. But since the strip still kept getting snagged by the bag, I ended up pulling it all off completely. What sucks is that the other strip is perfectly intact.

What you should have actually done is taken the whole strip off placed it under a cloth and ironed it with some force. It's technically a vinyl strip so would have fixed it unless the strip was like you said too damaged.

True though I haven't tested this, if you apply too much heat it can actually make the adhesive less effective.
