    Headphone problem on Aero 15W

    I just bought the Aero 15W, i try playing pubg and listening to 8d sound songs on it. I cannot hear the sound like from left side to the right side,but i can hear that on my very old laptop, i try to update everything. Finally, the Realtek Audio ask for the type i plug in all the time (Headphone/Headset). If i choose Headphone, i will hear loud on the left side only, if i choose Headset, i will hear on both side, but no effects, i'd like 8d sound songs on youtube.
    I love this laptop so much, i don't want to return it.
