Does anyone have any info on how Gigabyte's global warranty works?

The website does not have any information and they don't seem to respond.

I would like to get an aero 15x to Bahrain but I am worried about how to get any service here.

Any info or contacts would be appreciated.

There are a Gigabyte servicepoints in multiple countries (can be found on the website but maybe not specific for your country), when RMA is needed you can sent your device to the closest servicepoint. Even if it is not your country, but they will use local parts specified for that country, like the u.k. power plug for example if that needs to be replaced and I'm sending it to the u.k. servicepoint Also, delivery has to be paid by you.

Thanks for the info. I will look for them. Just wish there would a way to contact them for better clarity. Not a small purchase.

It really depends on the country. For example, in South Korea Aero laptops only have 1 year warranty, instead of 2.

I'm from Bahrain and there are no Aorus/Gigabyte service center in the country or any nearby country.

When you contact Aorus they will tell you to send the laptop to Taiwan to get it repaired, paying for shipping both ways.

Do you have to pay the shipment or are they paying it for you?

As I said, you pay for the shipment both ways.
