    Gigabyte Smart USB Backup not working

    Hi guys i'm getting this error when i try to use gigabyte's smart usb backup app....i even restore my windows drive to factory settings and still the same thing. All other gigabyte's applications are working fine. Any help would be appreciated...i don't know what else to do.

    I fixed the issue. Don't rename your (Windows C: ) drive, otherwise smart backup won't work.
