    Gigabyte P34G Not booting after BIOS update

    I updated the BIOS and now It wont boot.
    I know know what I did wrong I flashed the P34G BIOS on the P34G v2....
    how do i recover the bios? can i?

    thanks. Ive been looking around but didnt find much.

    That's terrible dude. I've never tried it with a laptop, but I know it's an AMI BIOS so have you tried these instructions? https://www.bios-mods.com/bios-recovery/ami-bios-recovery/

    Basically download the BIOS file onto a (FAT32) formatted USB drive, rename the BIOS file to AMIBOOT.ROM, stick it in a USB port and boot. If nothing happens hold down HOME or CTRL+HOME. Hopefully gigabyte doesn't need a different name, I can't find anything about it online.

    hello

    I got exactly the same problem. I just updated and, right after windows turned off, the laptop doesn't turn on anymore

    Tried to remove the battery, to turn it on using the power cable but there's no way to revive it.

    Could you find a solution for this problem?

    I'm so pissed off with this laptop now and desperate because it doesn't turn on again... grrrr
