    I think that is the case for most laptops :p

    This looks really promising. I wonder if the 440 can be switched out and if the laptop will come with a 900p screen (as an option)...

    I'm writing this on an M1405, the earlier version of this notebook. It runs SU7300 and 8Gb and lasts for about five hours with both batteries. My dock has a GT220 and I'd always wondered whether the docking connector is a full bandwidth PCIe. I would've swapped in a beefier card to my dock, except that it's got it's own plug pack, and I don't know enough about power draw to be confident that more current wouldn't break something. I don't game, but I work with CAD, and between the notebook and dock, there are two HDMIs, one DVI and two VGAs. I can use three outboard screens and the notebook's at once, up to 2560 x 1600, which impresses the neighbours. No mystical setup procedures, just plug 'em in. I like the notebook's chassis. Nice screen with very narrow screen bezel, comfortable keyboard, everything's easily accessible and it only weighs about 1.7kg. I'll buy the newer one if the price is right. I looked at the card benchmarking, and it ranks quite close to GT550m, which is the card that quite a few notebooks that are claimed to be "gameable" use. There are a few memory variations on GT440, this one uses 1Gb DDR5, others use more DDR3.
