The question regarding drivers. With GPU cards that are installed in laptops (1070 for exmp) it is better to use the official drivers of the laptop manufacturer, or is it better to download them from the official Geforce website? When i installed drifers from GeForce site, i have unstable FPS in some games. ( From 30 to 80 fps)
( this question is same for Intel CPU)

No id use the ones from NVidia (official site). They are updated and more optimized for newer games. Most manufacturers release the ones available at the time and thats it.
