    CPU running at 4.0 /4.4 GHz

    hi this evening i have been just douing some surfing on the net and sending some emails out, i have Task manager open and i noticed that my CPU seems to run all the time between 4.0and 4.4GHz is this normal on the control panel i have put the CPU on normal but it still runs at the same .
    i have the computer hooked up to a hub with 2 monitors connected to it.
    control center is on balanced

    For me, it depends on what I do. My cpu "jumps" from 2.4GHz to even 4.8GHz
