I just got an X7Pro and right out the box, I cannot create a new folder using the shortcut I am used to (Ctrl-Shift-N), but rather this launches notepad. Do any other Aorus owners experience this behavior? Is this some delivered application on Aorus doing this? I cannot find any info on Google except some reg settings that restore the new folder behavior, but does not fix this notepad issue.

Fixed my own issue. Found it to be MacroShortcut.exe. Upgraded to 1.3.7 (I think I had 1.3.2 with the machine out-the-box) and the problem went away. (Also disabling MacroShortcut.exe fixes it too)

hoofhearted... THANK YOU SO MUCH. For the last hour, I've been trying to find out why my shortcuts were being hijacked (ctrl + shift + n = notepad, ctrl + shift + t = task manager, etc).

So glad you posted your solution :D
