So i was pretty set on getting this laptop as an upgrade to my aging one. however the only thing that is keeping me back at the moment is this apparent keyboard issue where either you are completely unable to type, it will input phantom keypresses every now and again. When ever this pops up the person is always told "update the keyboard firmware" but then never heard from again.

People who have had this issue did updating the firmware fix it or did you end up just sending it back to the manufacture/retailer?

X5 V6 owner here and the issue is still present. Suppory in thr Aorus forums suggests to RMA it but that's not option for me. Oddly enough it comes and goes.

My best solution so far is to get a separate keyboard.
