Im Chinese, so i'm not really good at English .
My laptop(Aorus X7 Pro) have already gone for repair almost 2 months. My laptop got some random reboot problem.

    here's the link

First time I get it back around two weeks, and find out that they just re-install my is system, did the repair my main problem and also damage The screw cap Inside the laptop. So I have to mail it back second time to repair it again. And so far I still didn't get my laptop return, because they just keep delay, and those people from repair center told me that they can't find the problem!( I can just has other problems within an hour ) and the customer service is so bad , they told me they will return my call a few times, but I never got a return call from them. And I can't even complain to the manager, because I never find him , and he's also the one who don't like turn my call.

So beware, if you buy an gigabyte product, you may have to wait more than two months to repair, and a customer service that never return your call.

Based upon my experience with Aorus... I might pass unless you're decent at troubleshooting and solving small issues.

This appears to be a location issue. In the UK the support is outstanding.

Anecdote; the Gigabyte/AORUS UK country manager contacted me to check everything was good after a repair to my X5V6 was carried out by their approved partner.

U are lucky that you have a decent partner. In Korea, they are just straight bad.
