Something strange happened I updated a driver using the utility. It then rebooted. After that The laptop just froze at the bios option splash screen. The only light I see is the one for power I then tried booting several times with no luck. I then tried to get into the bios and startup with no luck. Maybe I'm not hitting the right sequence to enter the menus? The only other clue is that the hard drives kept blinking when they were plugged inhelp

Under the boot priorities menu in BIOS does it show your available storage drives? As well to clarify, what key are you using to access the BIOS?

That's the strange part is I could never get into the bios settings or any of the F9 F12 or F options. I was barely able to before but in this instance, these commands were not responsive. I was able to boot up the Laptop the next morning but I have not cut it off because I may never be able to get it running again. I was assuming the new install of the Command & Control Center did something to the boot partition but I was getting no Windows error of any kind. It would just freeze at the Aorus Bios splash screen. I assume all I need to do is press the appropriate F key to enter the bios but this hasn't worked. It's been 4 days and I'm still waiting to hear back from Aorus/Gigabyte.

If it's trying to get to a fast boot image that may be interfering with your ability to use a key to enter BIOS/EFI. power on and as soon as it hits the first splash screen immediately power off with the power button. Then try again, and it should give you more time.
