Hi everyone my name is David i'm new here and this isnt quite the introduction I wanted to start off with but I dont know what to do anymore. I purchase my Aorus X5-V6NE3D back in february of this year its been over 3 months and I've had problems back to back with this notebook.
When I first purchase the unit the Killer wifi card would constantly drop connection, I would rubberband/ lag in game leading me to get kicked from all games that I play. I switched over to Intel wifi card and since then its been pretty good. After a month my keyboard started to miss certain keys as I was typing and the RGB keyboard would just disconnect. I've updated the Bios to FB04/F003 and all drivers are up to date and problem still exist. I've rebooted and reinstalled everything and still no results. I've contacted Giga-byte CS and was turned over to Aorus CS and Left 2 voice mails and haven't heard back from them and thats been over 3 weeks. I registered the product and I keep getting invalid serial numbers. I contacted the reseller Newegg and the laptop no longer qualities for a refund. Now I'm stuck with a $2500 paper weight.
I use to own a Gigabyte P34Gv2 and never had these issues. What should I do open a claims and dispute the charges with my credit card company or should i just keep trying to reach Aorus.
since the update on the bios I keep getting random flashes.

@DavidSoLucky
Have you tried the Keyboard Firmware (Fix keyboard detection issues) on the AORUS X5V6 page?
Link.
I think all machines with the killer wireless/bt card suffered not solely AORUS, there's a tread somewhere with a killer rep trying to fix the issue.
Edit; what locale are you in? -
