Hi guys. I hope this is the right place to post this. Just need some advice from anyone who has dealt with Aorus or HIDevolution regarding warranty.

I reported to HIDevolution support regarding a battery issue I have been having but haven't heard back from them since Nov 22, 2014. They said that they would RMA the battery but I have tried to contact them repeated times since then to no avail.

What options do I have? I have paid over 200$ for extended warranty from HIDevolution...

    Regards

They email me back within hours (even on Sunday)...Why would you wait almost 3 months to report that. Call them. Their phone support number has people who actually pick up.

Hey, I just wanted some experience of people who have dealt with their support staff. I actually have been sending them messages at least once a week before I went on vacation, after which I didn't have access to the internet.

I have been holding off on calling them because I live outside of the country. But I will give them a call soon. I'm not sure why you have better experience with support than me. Do you use the 'Help Desk' on their website, or do you have a support email ID?

    Regards
