Aero 17 can't control fan speed?

Hey guys. So I purchased an Aero 17 YB at the beginning of this year. I absolutely loved it at first. But I'm having SO many issues with it. And finding any kind of support through Gigabyte has been a nightmare. It's my first Gigabyte laptop so maybe this is common. Any kind of help would be GREATLY appreciated though.

So I booted my laptop up today and tried to launch the Control Center to change my fan speeds, and the Control Center just wouldn't launch. I tried everything. Just wouldn't launch. No idea why. I decided to uninstall it to try and reinstall... But I can't find anywhere online to redownload the Control Center. I've tried installing the gigabyte app center along with Easy Tune... This is the most abysmal software I've ever seen. Nothing seems to work. It just crashes.
So I basically can't control my fan speeds anymore, I can't adjust my LED settings or anything. The FN+ESC function no longer works in toggling through fan speed settings. Everything on Gigabytes support sections on their website is ridiculous. I can't even read it the English is so bad and makes no sense.
Not sure if I need to update my BIOS or if there's another way to adjust my fan speeds. But I currently can't game or do any heavy duty exports for my work cause my temps will go crazy.

Update: I found a link to redownload the Control Center. I reinstalled it but I'm still having the same issue. It wont launch. Its as though it tries to launch but then just closes...
