    Howdy...

I have an Apple TB display, and I can connect to it just fine with 2 other laptops from HP and Asus, but when I try to connect with my new Aero v8, the system pops up the "New Thunderbolt Device" window and detects the display, but says 'not connected' and nothing shows up...

Any idea how to fix this issue? I do notice the Intel TB drivers on the Aero are newer than on the other 2 computers, but I can't find a way to 'downgrade' the intel drivers. Even deleting them from the device manager doesn't seem to help...

I'd love to use this display with my new Aero... Can anyone help?

    Best,

    Ben

First, to clarify are you using any adapters or cabling to connect?

Thanks for the response... I'm using the Apple TB3 to TB2 adapter, and then straight into the monitor's TB2 Connection.... Same way I have used it successfully with my other laptops...

Appreciate any help you can offer...

    Best,

    Ben

I believe it is an Apple issue, as I tried using the same display through display-port and it didn't work

Should be the problem of the TB3 to TB2 adapter. Connect it with mDP may work
