Just purchased an Aero 15 OLED YD (i9-11980HK and 3080 8gb). Happy with the purchase, especially when you boot up and see that GLORIOUS screen...and then...all the joy of a cool new machine comes crashing down when you try to connect to the bloody wifi
Took a long time to decide whether to buy the laptop or not based on the wifi horror stories, but they seemed to be resolved by the owners by opening laptop and re-seating the card or replacing it.
The problem: Wifi drops connection anytime the GPU ramps up (don't think its related to temps, even during benchmarks the GPU does not exceed 70c and the wifi turns off almost immediately after the GPU runs). I think it might have something to do with how the wifi antenna cable is seemingly routed under the heat sink on the GPU side.
Attempts to solve include;
1. Re-seating the AX200 multiple times, solved nothing
2. Replacing the card with a Intel 9260 Wifi card, speeds were oddly better than the faster AX200 but it did not solve the shutdown during GPU ramp up problem
Looking for any ideas that I might implement to try and fix this before resigning myself to the RMA process.
Edit: Forgot to add, at this point would just be happy with a stable connection not even hoping for speed thanks to the absurdly designed antenna on this (my 4 year old Eluktronics laptop which I pulled the 9260 out of gets 80+mbps stable speed, while the Aero get 15 with AX200 and 20mbps with 9260)

AX200 is junk IMO. I switched to the AX210 for the 6E upgrade and stability has been flawless. The 9x60 was a great little AC card but the AX210 gives me internal speeds up to 1.5gbps over WIFI.
While this isn't specific to your laptop it's a bit odd you don't see the same speeds between both cards. The issues I was having with the AX200 was constant disconnects and then stable connection for a period of time and then back to the flaps.
Aero 15 YD, Wifi loses connection when GPU ramps up
