    Hello;

    I am currently interested in buying a laptop, and have my eyes on both the Aero 14 and the 15. Currently I have a Razer Blade Stealth, which I actually do love and have no issues with... except for the keyboard.

    I mainly use my laptop for when I'm on the road lately, and the typing experience has become important over time to me. Sadly, the Blade Stealth has a somewhat below average keyboard - though I love the trackpad!

    For those that have the Aeros, how is the typing experience? I am somewhat worried that the number pad on the 15 would put my hands in a weird position while typing, as everything has to be moved to the left side. Also, I know that there are some keyboard shortcuts that are not working properly on the 15 - is that an issue on the 14? From what I have been able to find, non-working shortcuts are not ones I use.

    The XPS 15 is also an option, and if its keyboard is anything like the XPS 13 then I know I would like that; but for the money, I'd rather have a 1060 under the hood even if gaming is not the main purpose of the laptop... though I like to get some Overwatch/Heroes of the Storm when I am on the road ;)

    Thanks for your input!

    I've owned both versions of the Aeroes, so I will say that the typing experiences are similar to each other. The left shifted keyboard does not affect me much since I'm used to having a number pad, but it might take you some time to get adjusted to.

    I don't know how typing on the Stealth is, but the compared to the regular Blades, the typing on the Aeroes require a little more activation force since the keys have more travel and are slightly stiffer.

    I don't have any problems with shortcuts on my 15, and this issue is definitely not present on the 14.

    Hope this helps!
