I just got a P34G today and I've noticed that only one fan (left) works. Is this normal, or are both fans supposed to be working together?

Figured it out... I opened the laptop and checked out the fan in question. Turns out it wasn't screwed in place and plugged in to the motherboard power slot (!!!)
