Hello, I made a new OSDWindow.exe binary to hide the OSD overlay AND hide the "GBOSD" window when you press Alt+Tab:
    https://www.dropbox.com/s/x78icij07qrc57b/OSDwindow.zip

Original binary comes from a decompiled version of the OSDWindow.exe, from:
    http://forum.notebookreview.com/threads/aero15x-osd-disable.828439/
Credit for the OSD overlay being hidden goes to him :)
I just made the changes so that the "GBOSD" window could be hidden from application switcher, alt+tab, etc etc

    To use it:
    - Make sure you kill "OSDwindow" in task manager.
    - Navigate to C:\Program Files\SmartManagerV4\OSD
    - Rename the old OSDwindow.exe to OSDwindow.exe.bak
    - Copy the replacement executable from the bin directory in the zip file
    - Re-launch the new executable
