90°c is killing it. Can't imagine how hot the keyboard area is.

sometimes my gpu reach 90 c too. but there's no throttling somehow and the fps in-game steady still, never drop to far. it has been going on 6 month till now. I'm playing The Witcher 3 and Overwatch. seems my room temperature also has an effect to my laptop temperature.

Ofc room temps will affect your laptops temps. What i'd recommend doing is to limit the FPS output to the refresh rate of your monitor. Does wonders if the GPU doesn't have to produce 120 fps, because of the 60Hz limitation of common panels.

Actually I assume you got the NVME drive, where I got the M.2 Sata SSD.

Good day, I accidentally left my laptop turned-on in my bag for 4 hours going to my class (I thought I shut it down) and upon checking the laptop was hot but not too hot to the touch, I immediately checked the temp using smart manager and it was reading 58 degrees for the CPU.

How do I check if anything is damaged in particular, the battery, cpu and gpu? I was thinking of running benchmarks later to check the scores. Also, I checked windows "Device Performance and Health" and all parameters indicated no issues, especially the battery.

It was also noted in this forum that the Aero 15 and 14 throttles at around 74/75 degrees celsius. Is it safe to assume that my laptop never exceeded 80 degrees which is the danger level for a laptop?

    Thank you.
