    Hi,

I have my Fujitsu s6220 for a week and I love it. Works wonderfully, is really light, and looks nice too. I already called tech support and they were really helpful. So far, so good.

I just have one question: If I'm using wireless when I'm not plugged in it automatically conserves power by making the wireless weaker. How can I change this to make it operate more powerfully even when I'm not plugged in?

    Thanks,

    Dalia

Go into the Intel Proset for Wireless settings, either from bottom right corner when you double click the icons or from Start/ Programs/ Intel Network Adapters/ Intel Proset for Wireless, click on the Adapter tab, then the Configure button thats for Power Settings, in the next window the round radio button is darkened to Auto, change it to manual and drag the cursor all the way to right for more power on battery or to the left for more battery life.
