    hi
I was just wondering what the battery life is like on N3530.
Fujitsu says it's 3.5 hours but realistically speaking...
I think it will be somewhere around 2-2.5 hours minimum to maximum settings..
so please share if you own one of these monsters

Also, I know this is supposed to be a DTR, but is it still portable?
8 pounds is heavy for sure but... how do you feel carrying it around?

    Thank you. :D

Haven't received mine yet, but this a quote from someone who just got theirs when I asked the same question in another thread:

Is it still portable? Guess it depends on how often you plan on moving it around. It is pretty heavy for it's class, but I bought it because I believe it is a fair compromise between a full blown DTR and a portable since I will only be taking it on the road about a 1/4 of the time (plus Fujitsu's screens are phenomonal). Of course my opinion may change once I actually have it in my hands.

With the 3530 being so new, you might also want to do a search for "N3510" and "N3520" in this forum and you may find more opinions on weight as they are almost the same chassis. There's also a review of the N3510 here.
