    was on the laptop, it flickered a few times and shut off, now when i try to boot it it goes to windows start up then asked how i want to boot :ie normal, safe mode ect... doesnt matter what i put it will cycle to windows start up then back to option screen on how to boot, normal or safe mode, tried to put in recover disc but nothing , any help would be appreciated
