I have a problem with my 2 year old esprimo v5535 in that it freezes completely when i try to boot up from any f8 options and also on the bios page(f2).
It won't play any disc i put in the drive and that includes manufacturers original set-up.
I've tried booting up without the hdd, power cord or battery but the problem remains.
Any suggestions on what to try next.
It had recieved a knock prior to this fault appearing.

open the ram cover, remove the ram then put it back in, possibly the ram may have come loose.

Handle the rma with car, watch out for static discharge etc.
