    laptop cannot boot up properly

    hi i have a fujitsu lifebook e8420 windows vista. recently it did a windows update, afterwards it would not boot up to the login screen and it would restart and go to the launch start up recovery screen. startup repair did not and safe mode wiould not boot up either what can i do to fix this??:???

    Maybe you want to try a linux disc just to see if it boots.
