You'll find the lowest prices on NewEgg. Keep in mind there are no returns, only for defective models and at least 7 dead pixels for an exchange. Boo!!!

I am one of the biggest bargain hunters- BUT- even if you can save a few dollars elsewhere, buy from Portableone. If you ever have a problem (and with computers the chances are really high on that one) you will be VERY glad you did. Their customer service is unparalleled! When you are weary and frustrated, it is so nice to have a real person answer the phone after just a couple of rings; someone who speaks English fluently and is knowledgeable and cares about resolving your problem- not someone who is reading from a prepared script, but someone who really listens to what is going on and works with you as long as necessary to resolve it. You can't pay for their type of service.

I'm not sure how long a Laptop manufacturer usually takes, but I was disappointed when my Fujitsu order took 3+ weeks to get to me (direct from Fujitsu).

A friend of mine has made repeated purchases form PortableOne for business and he said they took 3 to 4 weeks as well.

I guess each Fujitsu isn't shipped form Japan until the order is placed.

I didn't see the ad for PortableOne until after I placed the order for my Fujitsu tablet but will definitely try there next time. They have GREAT deals and I would have saved about $100 on my purchase.

Not to mention that their shipping address is on my commute home!

No tax at P1 unless you are in CA.

I ordered my laptop from portable 1. Excellent customer service. Fujitsu isn't like Dell, you can't really find coupons or bargain deals out there. Best thing about P1, other than the customer service, is that you can configure your laptop any way you want. I was even able to add options through P1 that even Fujitsu didn't offer. Go with P1.
