I have a S7010 that I have been using for about the past 5 or 6 months. I have been having a problem picking up the wireless signal in my house. It is very erratic. One day (or hour) I will be sitting at the dining table with the wireless signal on Excellent while at other times under the same circumstances it can be Fair or undetectable. I have tried at time letting windows manage the wireless signal and at other times letting the Intel card manage the signal.

When the signal is poor, I have tried switching the wireless receiver on and off, but this does not seem to improve the reception.

Do others have this problem or are there any recommendations out there?

    Thanks,
    Terry

I would start by updating the firmware for your router and the driver for your wireless card.
