    I would like to upgrade my 512mb ram to 1gb. Am I looking for "DDR2 PC4200 533MHz SODIMM Laptop RAM", like the ones for sale on eBay HERE?

    That should work fine. Just note that you won't have dual channel with 1 piece of 1GB alone, not that the performance will change much if at all!
