    Hi

After reading about the Fujitsu S6000 series I am tempted to make a switch from Compaq. One thing concerns me though. Whereas with HP/Compaq, the warranty is attached to the machine and transferable, my understanding is that this is not true of Fijitsu. I wouldn't buy a notebook with less than a 3-year warranty, which in the case of HP makes the machine more sellable if I want to trade to something else during the 3-year period. But with Fujitsu this wouldn't work as far as I can understand.

    Any comments??

When the new buyer pays you - just change your registered warranty address to his house. Explain to him to use your name and his address when he deals with Fujitsu. Simple as that.

I've succesfull done that with used computer equipment that I bought from other people.
